Its their cp, they can filter who joins however they like. Its not required to have all 32's, but it's not hard to see why it's prefered.

IMO anyone under 32 doesn't need to run Crota hard. Only if you are 31 and gave 32's should you run it, hence the 32's "carry" you. I know it probably has been beat by a team of 27's (sarcasm) but I have yet to see it.

1 Reply30's don't belong in hard Crota, purely luggage as you do little to no damage and are one shot by anything, vendor gear and a single exotic armour piece can easily get you 31, no excuse, just makes you a liability. Doesn't matter what weapons or what class you are.

4 RepliesIf I know the person then 30/31 is fine, however if I am looking for a random player to join its 32 only. Not carrying people I do not know, keep playing normal like we all have done to get what you need.
