Kampy is/was a dedicated Halo player for years and since the sniping mechanics in this game are very similar to Halo's, it would make sense that he would transition easily into this game. He's known in the Halo community for his montages.

27 RepliesWell you see there's this thing called aiming. and being good at it. judging by your terrible negative kd, that's not your strongest area. I recommend practicing and fixing your general aim first then you can try sniping. highly doubtful you'll ever be decent tho so you should probably just sell your console and go do rl activities.

Try to focus on using the centre of your screen as your aimer. That way you can look around until you see someone and then just aim quick and shoot. This is how I snipe (not nearly as good as this) but I do like me some quick scoping. Its a classic CoD 4 method ;)

2 RepliesHalf of his kills involved spraying with praedyths revenge. Some of them were good, but those involved pure luck. He was even luckier that he was recording his luck.

4 RepliesI am a pretty good sniper but the video shows me I have room for improvement. Those shots while jumping are tricky. I'll keep practicing. That is the key. Also, the choice of sniper rifle will certainly make a difference. Icebreaker is my favorite but that recoil... Suggestion: If you can, try w/ LDR 5001 (Vanguard vendor) or Preadyths Revenge (from VOG drop). These have very low recoil. Keep the fight in the game. Peace everywhere else.
