What's it going to be, another oversized Ultra Knight bullet sponge? Lackluster no effort garbage trash...
Final boss might as well be a regular skank .. everyone is just going to cheese, cheat, lag switch , push off, or middle "strategy" ( the one on the other side of the glass, not the ground)...
I hate spoilers, I'm not looking to find out what it is. I'm just trying to state that it's probably going to be another big bullet sponge with some puzzle to take his sheild down to do damage..
I wish it was 5 archon priest with 1 mega gigantic ultra sepiks optimus prime, with a couple puzzles thrown in the mix

5 RepliesMy favorite boss in this game is hands down the Devil Walker. Not even a main strike boss. I say this because it's the only boss that isn't an enhanced version of an existing mob.

13 RepliesIt'll be Randal the Vandal riding on a chariot made from a servitor and pulled by 50 shanks. His gun will be a LMG which fires explosive shotgun rounds that cause damage over time and has the range and accuracy of a sniper rifle. His grenades will be Gjallarhorn missiles that cause a nuke-like explosion. He'll be far smarter than the previous raid bosses so he won't just stand around and get shot at, he'll constantly be moving, shooting, and running Gaurdians over. He will have three shields, one for each damage type and always in a different order, that you'll have to get through before you can cause any damage to him. Once through the shields he can only be damaged by one random damage type. After you take down a certain amount of health he'll turn completely invisible and send his shanks after you, all of which have the same amount of health as Atheon and explode like a Gjallarhorn missile when they get close to you. After they're defeated he comes back in a blinding light and adds the "Fear the Reaver" debuff to all guardians which negates movement and causes them to shake in fear uncontrollably completely depleting all weapon accuracy, this lasts until his shields are gone again. Once he enrages he'll fly high up into the air and start dropping the shanks on the battlefield like bombs. At this point he can only be damaged by head shots. If you can't kill him before he fully enrages then he drops one final nuke onto the field killing all of the guardians.

Edited by Heffe Kaiser: 4/5/2015 12:50:03 AMIt'll be a 2 part boss. 1 a servitor that puts different types of shields onto an archon of some type, making guardians ensure they have a super available for each damage type, mida multi tool and juju are gonna be the go to primaries. Increased player speed while aiming down sights and radar active while ads will be the ideal perks. But definitely be prepared to fight a very special walker before that. offensive supers are going to be important, so nova bomb golden gun and fist of havoc, make sure you got em leveled. Hopefully as little cheese as possible on this wolf pizza!!!! youtu.be/ZKZ4BX0GRUC this link has nothing to do with this but I think this video is lolly

2 RepliesArchon priest riding a spider tank! You heard it here first!
-
I call Randal the vandal
-
As long as it isn't a huge shank bullet sponge I'll be happy.
-
it'll be an overzied 6 arm vandal... 2 melee swords, 2 shotguns, and 2 sniper rifles... only his shotguns will do massive damage and will have explosive rounds, his sniper rifles will act more like rail guns.. and his swords.. will have extendable blades so he can slice you without being near you... he will have health regen like a mofo.. and like 2 overshields... and when you get the first shield down.. he will enrage automatically and cause a team wipe.

2 RepliesIt will be the last Ahamkara. I'm calling it

Almost every bit of the game is repetitive, but i will defend the two raids bc they're unique and unlike anything I've played in other games. (Playing them over and over is repetitive although ) I have no complaints with the raid mechanics though.

A puzzle to take down its shields and it having more Health than a normal enemy? What madness.
-
6 RepliesJust because Crota had a shield you had to take down before you damage him doesn't mean the next raid boss will, Atheon didn't have a shield, there was only a time period where you do additional damage. If you expect something other than a bullet sponge you're playing the wrong game, because that's the concept behind boss battles in this genre.

2 RepliesA giant cheeto for all you cheesers.......
-
1 ReplyA giant Cryptarch. You'll have to kill a bunch of adds hoping for an engram drop that will take his shield down enough. And then hr will give you legendary engram's that only have a 1% chance of becoming anything but shards/energy.
-
2 RepliesNever mind the boss... The raid gear will be SHANKS a captain helmet with SHANKS four arms on the gauntlets and SHAAAAAAANKS a chest stocked up with shock pistols and those dreg energy knives. I don't care about the boots.

It should be a bullet sponge, that's the point of bosses in nearly every game. There suppose to be strong.

1 ReplyRandal the Vandal

3 Repliesit's gonna be Sheldon in tighties

7 RepliesIt'll be a Servitor prime of some sort, I'd wager. Like Sepiks Prime on steroids. The Fallen are meant to worship them as Gods so.

5 RepliesI bet the gear will look horrible.

The boss will be a giant shank, like Templar size haha.
