Arcbade was definitely nerfed. Bungie, why?
I thought it was just me. Dying super quick, taking 2 hits to kill. I asked a bunch of friends, same deal. Just checked in on tripleWreck (twitch streamer) and he's running arcblade wondering wtf is going on. So, its definitely not just me. Bungie, why? It wasn't OP.
Edit - I run all classes and like playing all characters. I just think it sucks for it to be ninja nerfed when it really doesn't need it. I'd feel the same for all supers.
Edit 2 - This isn't about me or about me being bad. I have a good kd (2.0), communicate well and usually go at least 20+ in crucible. I love both pve and pvp and I'm not an elitist. I think I'm better than average bc of the results I get.

I don't see how it was nerfed, I just shot a bladedancer in the face with a rocket and he only lost half his health, doesn't seem to be changed.

I'm not the only one who noticed this. I thought I was doing something wrong or playing my perks incorrectly but I was dying to things so easily that I had to swap to golden gun.

I agree, im a strictly hunter player but arc blade in my opinion was too good. I dont agree with the decrease in shield, but im sure it will get fixed.

Bump. Come on Bungie I know what happened. You looked at the stats and said, well looks like Bladedancer is getting the most super kills. Time to nerf them. All supers will get you at least 2 kills if you plan them correctly. But now, I have to risk an ever higher chance of killtrading??? I would bait Bladedancers towards me and then oneshot them with my shotgun/secondary, they wernt overpowered in the slightest, it was easy to kill them. I guess you're trying to balance the fact that they home-in or, something... The community deserves a response on why it was nerfed.

I don't ever run arcblade, but I have noticed that I get bladedancers down much faster. How it is now, its perfect. Anymore damage resistance and its OP. If you are asking for anymore, then you have no skill and you should play a different subclass.

Absolutely ninja nerfed. I die much quicker while using this super and kill much quicker against it.

20 Repliesits bs, hunters are the only class that can die while using there super, titans are unstopple and warlocks nova bombs are too fasst to even get a shot off, it takes more skill to use and time up the arcblade

9 RepliesYou have a higher KD because you're a hunter. Go look up the top 100 PvP hunters and top 100 PvP titans and warlocks. It's really sad how different their stats are just because of how well hunters are made for PvP

If it's true, to be honest it was needed, and I main a bladedancer in the crucible. If it impacts PVE too it's bullshit though as arc blade was already too weak. I have yet to try it since I took a break from the game.
