I thought it was just me. Dying super quick, taking 2 hits to kill. I asked a bunch of friends, same deal. Just checked in on tripleWreck (twitch streamer) and he's running arcblade wondering wtf is going on. So, its definitely not just me. Bungie, why? It wasn't OP.
Edit - I run all classes and like playing all characters. I just think it sucks for it to be ninja nerfed when it really doesn't need it. I'd feel the same for all supers.
Edit 2 - This isn't about me or about me being bad. I have a good kd (2.0), communicate well and usually go at least 20+ in crucible. I love both pve and pvp and I'm not an elitist. I think I'm better than average bc of the results I get.

It wasn't nerfed. It pretty much all depends on the persons connection. The damage resistance was never that good in the first place. But the speed at which they move when slicing combined with latency makes them much harder to hit making it seem like they are tougher.

2 RepliesI hope this is true. No super should be able to withstand a rocket inside it's blast radius, then a shot gun to the face, and a melee. Bladedancer is definitely the most overpowered.
-
It wasn't nerfed. Tested in in rumble yesterday. This isn't the first time this claim has been made. It's happened with every patch.

2 RepliesEdited by xilxad: 3/3/2015 2:53:37 AMBecause the pussies who couldnt beat their own grandmothers in crucible kept crying and bungie was afraid of a flood of biblical proportions
-
Because those who hate hunters kept COMPLAINING AND COMPLAINING HOW THEY WERRE LOSING TO A SUPER
-
I hope it was. And if not it should be nerfed.

1 ReplyI'm not too good at pvp. But I've killed quite a few blade dancers. I've never killed a Titan doing the fist or warlock doing the nova bomb.

Edited by Kemicalraider: 3/3/2015 2:41:33 AMIt was OP before and I'm glad that they nerfed it. First off dont be thinking I'm hating on hunters because I'm not, I have a 32 hunter. It really wasnt a reasonable super before nerf because you could blade dance and easily take out a whole opposing team, whereas now, it isn't overly difficult killing a blade dancer. Before nerf as soon as I saw a blade dancer i would run because why would I challenge something that I had absolutely no chance of killing? But now, as long as I have a teammate shooting with me the blade dancer can be killed. Also before I could never snipe blade dancers for the kill. But earlier i got a 1 hit k/o to the head on a blade dancer. I think the nerf was much needed.

It's possible shots are just registering better on blade dancers. If not, it really does seem like they nerfed the overshield. I got gunned down by one guy with just an autorifle as I was coming down a hallway toward him. I never remember that ever being a problem. I was always like "hey, shoot me all you want, I'm a blade dancer and you're about to die."

2 RepliesEdited by Void: 3/3/2015 2:16:00 AMAll supers need a buff
in pve, supers are meant to be op, but against a major it does not much damage especially arc blade and golden gun
-
They were nerfed because Hunter is the highest played class and Bungie intends to change that so their game will seem more fair.
-
Hahahahaha
-
cant kill a lvl 30 vex I agree
-
2 RepliesFirst time using bladedancer I wiped out a whole team of players in pvp

Not Nerfed for me. It's still as op as it ever was
