Edited by WorkadayLemur72: 2/25/2015 8:53:32 PMThe only thing that i don't like is the fact that my previous 30 crota's end raid completions don't count towards the raids introduction grimoire score. I already got everything i wanted from both raids so i stopped doing them. Guess i'm going to miss out on that grimoire points.

Knew I should of run my weeklies last night. Bring on the leeches.
-
I'm doing more damage with universal remote than with my ghorn. I love this update.
-
Shotguns here I come!
-
Best to leave the Vex in the vault for a while to gather dust :/

6 RepliesRED DEATH MASTER RACE !!!!!!!!

4 Repliesnothing was new out of this patch, they told us everything..... i was disappointed with all the notes for the past month, they try and dictate play to much, some nerfs where needed and the pulse rifle needed a bump... but i was hoping to see some changes that where not talked about.... like a buff to necro, maybe like they did in Vog where it was a "bug" that made it predictable to who went in on atheon and switch it to random... i wanted to see a debuff on sword guy so you could only have the sword once a fight... like you pick up the sword and after it disappears you have a debuff called "Darkness Slice" and if you picked up the sword again you start taking damage. but its is atleast nice to see issues from launch get fixed

47 RepliesHandcannon haven't changed. Still a 3 shot weapon. SMH. The noobs are still able to use them at long range. PVP still unbalanced bungie.
-
10 RepliesBad Juju is a monster. Last word still needs a nerf.
-
1 ReplyGreat! I can't wait to used my nerfed necrochasm now! ~said no one ever
-
6 RepliesThis is so funny, there was just an update of servers, The patch is not installed yet!
-
10/10. Probably the best yet.
-
3 RepliesI've been complaining since the release of this game that the range stat is completely meaningless. It had virtually no effect on even weapons with a short range. Maybe 1 or 2 damage points might be knocked off at extreme range, but it was mostly pointless. They are now making it mean something and something people will take into consideration when choosing weapons. Great patch bungie, couldn't be happier.
-
My grimoire score jumped 90 points cause it was all glitched out finally I can the right kill count. I'm also happy about the other changes too

4 RepliesEdited by damowar: 2/25/2015 8:50:00 PMIts terrible. I never play pvp anyway its awfull. But they made pve much worse for me. My vex now runs out of ammo super fast and my ldr lost its greatest perk the abilty to shoot threw some walls. I appreciate that you can now check you faction standing eaiser but everything else is pointless and sucks so bad for me. Actully makes me not wana play

6 RepliesThey need to learn to hire programmers that know how to code two different variables for weapons. One that only affects PVE, one that only affects PVP. Sure, they gave shotguns a 100% dmg buff for PVE, but PVP's nerf still affected it at the same time. We have some really shitty half assing coders. Also from what I've been reading on a couple threads, the Vex got affected as well. Apparently you spawn with less ammo now, which in theory would make it considered a special weapon (since special weapons spawn with less ammo now) however, any armor piece that has the perk, "reloads special weapons quicker" does NOT speed up the reload time of the Vex. Like I said, half assing coders.

This patch just makes me wonder if they feel proud? It feels nothing was gained by this. Maybe only that pulse rifles will be competent but everyone bandwagoned handcannons already and I don't think that's a change people will make. They'll still use autos and scouts for other reasons but they'll stick to handcannons over pulse I think. As for crucible, I just feel like it's going to slow people down in shitty ways. You're always going to be looking for special ammo boxes instead of killing people for their ammo. And not getting heavy ammo for killing someone who has it is foolish. So dumb.
-
Just tried out the Thorn. I didn't notice a difference.
-
I was afraid that hand cannons would be awful, but noticed the changes only slightly. Not too bad. I love that Weeklies have matchmaking and we can now see our reputations in the options menu.
-
Just an amazing and much needed tuning. Pulse rifles are now on par with the other primaries. Shotguns are monsters up close. Handcannons are hardly different, just a smidgen. Fusion rifles is noticeable at long range. Overall I'm quite happy with this update, especially since I can now use my beautiful pulse rifles effectively.
-
Sorry, I had a hard time concentrating on what you were saying because of the smell of all that bullshit.
-
I love how they managed to nerf AP rounds but keep the "final round " perk the way it is .... What is more OP? Takes actual skill to use AP properly unlike the way I can get a kill from a foot shot
-
5 RepliesHow are the hand cannons? This all I care about.
