Is Thunderlord really that rare? bump if you have it
I keep hearing that it's so rare. Got mine from loot cave ages ago.
Edit: 50+ in 20 mins. Who says that gun is rare. Maybe people rarely use it. I know mine only peeks his head out for special occasions and yes that is what she said.

Edit 3: so close to 1k. Thanks again. Even with that many numbers The Thunderlord still might be rare. If Destinys numbers are correct that's still no where near 1%.
Gotta say I've always loved mine and it feels good laying 60 lightning rounds into bosses and watching the sparks fly.

It was one of my first few exotics and I've gotten at least 5,so in my experience it wasn't rare, but it's all rng. I think all exotics (save maybe gally) have the same drop rate.

I got mine from a nightfall

Xur has sold it. I always seem to get it in nightfall

I have two both came form Vault exotic chest for my warlock and hunter

I believe it is a rare drop. I only have one of them, which was received in Nightfall this week. I was ecstatic when I got it.
