Oh so you disregard Evolve
You must never have played Dota or any real competitive game for that matter.
Arguments:
Multiplayer only: tell a pro gamer that multiplayer only games suck and he'll laugh in your face and say "you play games for something other than PvP? Ha!"
Dota is a multiplayer only game and they just set a new record of 1,074,464 playing Dota this past weekend.
DLC blah blah idk what I'm talking about:
So the game and all of its gameplay content cost $60. Anyone saying otherwise is a sheep repeating yellow journalism propaganda.
Any future gameplay content is free, if you want to keep playing destinys newest content you have to pay for every dlc, most of you have already spent more money on destiny than I ever will on Evolve.
In game store: along the same lines of the last argument. You don't wanna play a game because it sells completely optional and completely irrelevant to the gameplay cosmetic content? That seems foolish. Again they aren't the first game to use an in-game store that sells cosmetics, skins, hats. Dota pioneered this good business practice and again it's one of the top 3 successful games right now.
Just saying if you've bought The Dark Below you've already spent $15 more than I ever will for Evolve and you'll be paying a lot more to finally play the full game... Someday

"So the game and all of its gameplay content cost $60" I've played evolve, this is hilarious. just what content did we get for our 60 bucks? the entire game is equivalent to a mini game in real game. "$15 more than I ever will for Evolve and you'll be paying a lot more to finally play the full game... Someday" this made me laugh even more. for 15 bucks we got more content then is offered in evolve. hell if we will get a full game someday when will evolve be half a game? the game itself sucks. its fun if you have some friends playing it but its a minigame. it would be a great thing to do in a full game. I nice change of pace. but as an entire game its flawed. the entire game is based on chasing something. leads to alot of running and lack of action. if it wasnt for the environment that can one shot hunters I'd not even have anything to laugh at when me or my friends get caught in a plant or a megamouth.
