Here is the basic take away from this, nobody in this world is supposed to have your login information for any account you make. Whether it is a game platform, social media, bank account etc. So there is no information for Bungie to have about any of these things. If you don't have access to an account why or how would Bungie have the information to do anything about it ? The account is gone by your own doing the only ones that can help would be Playstation and they said nothing can be done.
