What is the best feeling you have ever experienced in Destiny
Here's mine.
My fireteam and I were doing VoG on hard. Atheon was at about 2% health. He was almost done. As me and my friend (the relic holder) are exiting the Venus portal, we go to the center to finish him off, and then his controller died, leaving me and my friends completely vulnerable as Atheon absolutely lit up my fireteam. I was the only one who made it out, seeing the danger in front of me and blinked to the right side away from the center as all of my poor comrades fell before me. I then realized that it was all up to me. If Atheon did not die before I got teleported, it would all be over. So, with 3 seconds of Time's Vengeance remaining and virtually no health left myself, I blinked back up to the center, about 30 feet in the air and hurled my Nova Bomb at the white asshole, finishing him off and finally earning Corrective Measure as a reward for saving my entire team with a few seconds of pure clutch.

Edit: This happened a long time ago and apparently I misremembered my rewards for the Atheon encounter, I was told that it only drops on the Gatekeeper stage. Noted.

Killing AFC people on strikes

Normal difficulty crota raid, soloing everything until crota boss fight, then being sword bearer for the crota boss fight with my group, getting him with the blink strike to hide beside him while my team downs him a second time, and putting him to less than half his health from one sword. Killing him on the second sword was awesome.

I have 2 We were doing nightfall, final boss, RocketsMickD***Face almost dead, but both of my teamates dead. I got so lucky as I glided through the air, right in front of him, and shot off the best nova bomb in my life. Next was when my group beat VOG on hard, and two of my teamates got Vex Mythoclast, another guy got Patience and Time, and I got Suros Regime. Too bad for the other two guys in my group.

Atheon hard We were running with a half newbie team and had him down to just a fraction of life because I had been teleported each time so I could use the relic. Last teleport and all three newbies get teleported. Me and the other guy left outside both just open up on atheon while building the gate. They wipe inside and just as the oracles are about to wipe us atheon goes down. We die to the oracles but the loot is already rolling up while we're staring at corpses. Best ending to VoG ever :)

When I got Suros from a ROC strike. Not my first exotic, but either my first or second exotic drop after months of playing. Those first two came in the same play session. I don't remember what the other was, I was just hyped for Suros.

1 RispondiWhoah-ho nice dude! For me, end of a Croat run. Croat had just enraged and some thrall killed 4 ppl through the window, just me and SB left. He puts down his sword and we each launch 2 rockets (ignore the oversoul! Ignore the oversoul!). With Crota on his knee, I wipe out a boomer gunning for SB while he expertly flies up and kills that sob. No good loot, but gotta love those clutch boss kills.

Best feeling I had was Crota killing our sword bearer right at 20% health while shifting to the side so I ran up grabbed the sword the team downed him and killed him right as our screen turned black to wipe from the over soul. What a rush

When we beat Crota Hard the day it came out.

Beating Crota hard mode first time. After failing at the VERY last sword. We decided to send two people. Our sword bearer and me, who has never used the sword against Crota. Our sword bearer died and I jump up way too early I realized and I just started to randomly attack Crota with R2. I was lucky to not have been attacked and I see Crota fall to his knees and I get the final hit on my first run ever as the sword bearer. I got the shader, Suros, and Word of Crota. I was on cloud 9.

As a warlock beating Crota as sword guy felt pretty good

1 RispondiProbably this: did hard mode on atheon last week in hope of the mythoclast. We beat it pretty quickly and when atheon went down atheons epilouge, the helmet, and shards popped up on my screen. Kinda sucked bc I've had epilouge a million times. However, my friend got the mytho...for his second time. I went offline directly after to go to bed. The next day I played destiny I went to the tower to pick up bounties and my postmaster had the green thing on it. I thought it was a package but it was vex mythoclast!!!!

2 RisposteA trifecta: Omnigul Solo Nightfall Strike (first time around) she gives me 1st Gjallarhorn. Go direct to celebrate my spoils with a VOG full run (49th hard mode) Atheon gives me 1st Icebreaker. It was my 3rd character for the week on Tuesday. (didn't want to wait a full week) Next week 3rd character (52nd Hard mode) VOG on Tuesday. Atheon gives me VEX.

Beating Crota as the sword bearer. I've never been good at taking the lead at stuff like this. Felt really good taking him down. Plus I got the raid helm to boot.

Taking down Crota as the sword bearer. It was only on normal but I was well chuffed. It was only my second ever run on it too.
