Destiny has helped this injured soldier. Thank you Bungie!
I'm an active duty Army soldier and suffered nerve damage to my left arm. By playing destiny actively I was able to ward off extra atrophy in my left hand due to using my thumb while playing. I just had surgery done to connect the medial nerve to the ulnar nerve in my forearm and not able to play well right now but hoping with practice I can re-learn how to play again. Thanks again Bungie for a game that ended up helping me physically!

4 RisposteLol do you think soldiers go over there and just kill people for the fun of it. Besides I didnt say i think we should be over there anyways. Thats beside the fact. The man went over there and risked his life for a cause. Who cares who agrees what that cause was. He was hurt and was thanking bungie because he helped him in his recovery. No need to be a tool and add in your political views or in any way minimize the sacrifice that so few have made.

When did you get med boarded? When we're you there? How long before you went back state side? What vehicles did your guys use if any? What was your position? What was your longest dismounted movement? What is a grape row? Describe the smell when rolling through or walking through a village? What are the 5 c's? What was your rank/pay grade? What's the weight of an m4. explain battle drill1and 6 to me. How many people are in a squad, platoon, company? Who was your 1Sgt and co? Describe your duties. Tell me the difference between Ana and alp. I could totally continue on. But I'm convinced your one of this pos soldiers that got out because you couldn't handle the stupid day to day that is the military. Soldiers don't post stupid sht like this unless they want to be recognised. You sicken me keep this to your va hospital groups and that suicide diary of yours. Your right I don't know you and I don't care none of my soldiers would have ever posted something as stupid as this. Including those who lost body parts. You are probably some dum-bass private who got kicked out.

Thank you again for all the encouraging, uplifting, and generous comments. I've read through all the posts and want to respond to as many as possible, but if I can just blanket a extreme thanks again to all the supportive comments. I play on the PS4 and more than happy to play, help, and entertain any that add me. For the trolls on here, I was never looking for sympathy but just merely stating I found an outlet that aided me. Also, an extreme thanks to a company again that made a really fun game that helped me not only retain physical functions but also a great way to stay connected to friends and the ability to meet new friends through a very fun format that just so happens to be a MMO FPS. See you online Guardians!

Thank you for the kind words everyone! When I got back to my home base after my surgery in Fort Meade, Maryland, I had some good friends run me through the nightfalls and heroic weeklies while I stood way in the rear. lol! I was their second chance in case of a wipe. Thanks again to everyone and hope to get better soon and be able to raid again. Grind on everyone. :D
