He wont sell it because then
1. Everyone would have it. Because we all know how good it is.
2. Pvp players would throw a shit storm and beg and moan to get it nurfed,(worst idea ever).
3.did i mention pvp players? Worst complainers ever. You dont hear any pve players cry about wanting guns nurfed.
