3 max characters, over 500hrs playtime and still no Gjallarhorn. How did you get yours?
I was a beginner week 2 and couldn't buy it from Xur. Good for you if you "earned" it but I'm hoping it's coming back on Friday, I got 2 Vex Mythoclast, 5 Truth but still no Gjallarhorn :(

Edit: It seems I don't have 500hrs in. I didn't make the number up, the app doesn't show the time anymore so I checked on Xbox Live and that's what I have on there.
Edit 2: Just got a 3rd Vex today. I thought it was supposed to be the hard to get weapon but from what I see, Timepiece, Foil and Gjallarhorn are much harder to obtain.
Edit 3: Finally got one 3 days ago on Crota, while chasing Black Hammer. Took roughly a ridiculous 1300 hours (bungie.net number), madness.

My brother is level 29 he did his first nightfall and 2 Gjallahorn were dropped. I haven't gotten anything. Fix it, Fix it now. Bungie do you hate your devoted players, I try to get the bloody Gjallahorn,, but no you just hate your players who try to have fun. Fix it

Yep, I got 3 or 4 Gjallarhorns, Red Ds, 2-3 vex, IBs, Monte Carlos, almost every random exotic weapon at least twice. Couldn't get raid gear to ever drop though, no black hammer, fate bringer, corrective measures, praydeth's revenge or time piece, much less armor or helmets. Even played through a few raids from beginning to end non stop and got shards every drop, still can't even get an oversoul edict in hard mode abyss.....all my elemental primary weapons are solar....

i just passed 1100 hours and got my first gjallarhorn last week from the gold tier package from brother vance after going 9-0 in trials. It was the best feeling in the world. at about 800 hours in, i thought for sure I would never get one unless xur sold it again. I love this gun.... so much..... so so much..... when playing POE and variks rewards the heavy ammo drop its wolfpack rounds everywhere! You will get yours. Eventually.

My first gally was earned without firing a single round as I sought to join up with my fireteam as they were bringing down valus tauruc. The tidal wave was epic with two, day one, players witnessing a Christmas noob getting his ghorn before them.

My first from atheon the next 2 came from crota within a week of getting the first one. It took 5 months to get first one

Just got my first and only one this week from the gorgon chest. Day 1 player with probably 1000 hours. Well over 100 raid clears. 3390 grimoire. The struggle for ghorn was intense. Have not even really used it to much yet to be honest with it being Iron Banner week. Hoping for solar skolas this week though.
