MY CLAN TAG ISN'T SHOWING UP IN-GAME OR IN THE COMPANION APP. NOBODY ELSE IN MY CLAN HAS THIS PROBLEM. WHAT GIVES? Clan tags may not show up due to privacy settings. This is a common conflict of privacy settings if the player has configured their privacy settings to hide their tag(s) and the clan’s membership is set to require approval. There are a couple of ways to fix this issue: 1. Set your PlayStation Network / Xbox Live tags to publicly visible. 2. Leave the clan (you can stay in the group) 3. Request membership into the clan again. 4. Keep your tag(s) public until you are let into the clan. 5. Once approved, feel free to put your settings back to private. If you're uneasy about making your tag public, the alternative fix is to communicate with the clan admins to make clan membership "open" long enough for you to join without needing admin approval.
