To people complaining about rng.
I keep seeing posts from people who are angry because they "can't get legendaries" . Today, most of those are angry that the loot cave is gone because they think that it is the most efficient way to get gear. I'm level 28 and have never done the loot cave, and got my first legendary armor drop from the raid yesterday. People don't understand that, using vanguard marks, a player can have three legendary armor pieces in two weeks max.

3 RisposteI've never been to the cave. But through pvp and pve I've gotten maybe a dozen legend grams. I've gotten 1 legend rocket 1 legend heavy machine gun 1 legend chest Titan ( I'm a lock) 1 exotic helm and 1 exotic heavy machine gun. I thank the RNGods for their generosity and will continue to dedicate all my pvp kill to them.

1 RispondiIt's not that I'm not getting them as loot, i don't mind the faction/guard grind. It's the fact that my friends seem to get a legendary drop a day letting them do the raid far before I could because of their luck, ( I srsly think it has to do with your IP now) and a person like me who works for that crap doesn't get in on the high end content and the rewards they reap

11 RisposteThank you for posting this. farming engrams from a cave or strikes is not how to get legendaries, farming crucible and vangard rep/marks is what gets you there then going and exploring for upgrade parts (so mich helium i could float)xD. The only thing i am not too enthusiastic about is bosses dont drop anything really rewarding besides glimmer enhancers. But love your post man

I for one can say I have done the loot cave and got nothing but shit even before the patch I earned my gear from dead orbit, the loot cave is pointless I say let them keep it, won't give us anything good anyways. What irks me is why weren't all these problems taken care before releasing this game? Now they just got bunch pissed off people, why release a game that isn't even finished and has bunch bugs they didn't utilize that 6 million or billion or whatever they spent on it very wisely, so why release a game that wasn't even done when they had years, if I recall beta ran smoother than this.

My issue is for me in two weeks i could maybe get 4 hours in. Ive been playing as much as i can and still only 56 vangard marks and level 0 rep. Two weeks tops for three legendarys might be realistic for people who can play all the time. Those of us who cant dont even have a chance

4 RisposteThere's no reason to do the queens missions anymore and if people want to farm a cave they should be able to, who cares how they play the game or how they get there legendaries. They paid money for the game and there playing it, it shouldn't matter how.

5 RisposteIm not angry about the number of legendary lopt drops as I have also been working on dead orbit levels. However, when I get a rare legendary armor drop it is frustrating when 2/3 of the time I will not be able to use it since it wont be for my class. To me, that's not a great design choice.

8 RisposteYea people get that, i got 4 legendaries just between vangaurd and crucible, but that was grinding rep and points, not everyone wants to play that way, bigger issue is event rewards and removing queens shards

I just had my first legendary weapon drop that was actually legendary, I have all legendary armor and one weapon prior, all with vanguard and crucible points.
