Anyone even been emotional attached to a controller?
You have a controller for your console that you would always use and never use another. I only use my Xbox One controller that has a mark on the side. And I'd only use this gray 360 controller

I had the halo-themed Xbox 360 controller that I used literally until the buttons fell out. Loved that thing so much.

My "fire-orange" N64 controller, and the original white 360 controller. Both have gone through multiple replacement parts.

I love my black wired controller and my black wireless controller that came with the recharge kit.

I'm very emotionally attached to my red Xbox 360 controller, and the broken semi-functional battery with it. Halo wouldn't be the same without it.

My first Xbox 360 controller I bought back in 2007 and I felt connected to it since Halo 3, then when Halo: Reach came out I had it signed by Walshy. There's no way anyone is using that controller besides me.

I will wouldn't say emotional, but I always use a silver GameCube controller. I knew which was mine just by feel. My first white 360 controller too. Had a little princess crown sticker on it lol. But they always deteriorate. So I've had to move on. I had a see through white controller for original Xbox too. My newer black controller for 360, and my XB1 I have not built a connection with.

Yep my halo4 limited edition UNSC controller I have now passed it down to my wife who cares for it greatly.

I lad a really cool Mad Catz blue controller on the OG xbox. That thing was the best and I wouldn't let anyone else use it, but I wouldn't say it was an "emotional attachment"

Used to have two good ol' white 360 controllers but the analog sticks were broken so I threw 'em out. Had them for about 7-8 years, I'll never forget them.

2 RisposteWhen the PS came out I saved my money as a kid and bought this red controller along with my own memorycard. They went everywhere with me. Sadly one day my stupid cat thought be a good idea to bite it. I cried .-. Mom got me another one but wasn't the same. Still have the memory card though xD

2 RisposteI only have one PS4 controller and the left analog stick has a slight tear in it. On my 360 (I had the MW3 edition (shhhh don't say it, I already know. But hey it seemed like a good idea at the time)) I had two MW3 controllers and on one controller I had the d-pad twisted to where the disc was raised, the the opposite in the other to distinct the two. I always used the one with the disc part lowered.
