That's basically what I meant by "I'm a girl look at my boobies," = hobag. If she is clearly using her gender for attention, that's one thing, but there are people who don't think girls should ever reveal their gender and that's messed up. Girls shouldn't have to feel like they have to stay quiet to avoid harassment, they just shouldn't be harassed.

  • Being harassed is a totally different issue from the question I had. But you're not wrong.

  • It is different, but I brought it up because you said it could be annoying for a girl to say she's a girl. Sometimes, saying "I'm a girl" somehow translates into "I'm interested in dating all of you" even if that's not what she meant. But it sounds like you just meant it's annoying when girls clearly want attention, in which case I agree. It gives female gamers a bad name, just like the guys looking for them give a bad name to male gamers.

  • I totally agree. I've seen posts that start off with "I'm a girl who plays..." And maybe she doesn't mean anything by it. I guess the only thing I can get from it is that she's looking "dating" attention. But if she's doing it because "girl power" or something, I could understand that. It's just I've rarely seen that in the post or made as a point. So it just comes off that way at first, but maybe I'm totally wrong for judging her.

  • I agree with that, women shouldn't have to hide their gender. I also believe guys also need to learn to control themselves as well, for most its not that hard.

  • Spoiler alert 4th class is a breast reduction specialist. Seriously though this whole thread is pointless. To think in 2014 that sexual stereotypes still apply is laughable. Chicks do plenty of stuff men do and vice-versa. As a man I can cook do my own laundry and care for my children in a loving non gender typed environment. The poster obviously NEEDS female attention in his life. Mommy issues? Never had a girlfriend? Sister made him wear dresses and play barbies? Who knows but he probably needs therapy not interweb girl contact. Just saying.
