I'm looking at getting a gaming headset for all platforms I play (PC, PS3 and Xbox 360). Rather than buying three separate headsets, totalling around £60 for some relatively cheap but effective ones, I could spend £109 (before discounts, £93 after) and get a full 7.1 surround headset which works on all of them. I've heard good things about Tritton, and the 720+ looks like my best bet for value vs. versatility. Does anyone else have the headset? What's it like to live with? What's the sound quality like? What's the voice quality like? I've emailed Tritton (MadCatz) and asked them about compatibility with the next generation of consoles, so if they say they'll work with both the PS4 and Xbox One (it uses a USB input for the PS3, so it could do the same for the Xbox One), I'll likely get one. £93 for a quality headset across five platforms? Bargain. So yeah, any owner input?
