T5 Cynosure not droping with additional perks.
I have now droped the Cynosure strand rocket launcher from different sources with the same issue: despite droping as a T5, it doesn't drop with additional perks. Just in case, i'd like to add that i'm indeed at 550 power and i was at 550 power everytime it dropped.
