Outbreak perfected, intrinsic perk quests are bugged
The bug is very bad if you’re trying to get the corruption spread into Park upgrades such as 2,3,4
And the problem at least on my end has not been fixed ever
I got the quests done last year. I’ve reported this incident multiple times. He had it seems like someone in charge of this is just sitting around with her thumb up their -blam!-. And it’s really pissing me off I can’t effectively use one of my favorite guns with its most effective setup

You don't get the intrinsics from a quest. You do the 3 vault puzzles - you can do all 3 in a single run. The 'sequence accepted' text is bugged but you'll know if you've done a step correctly because the consoles will lock preventing you from interacting so you can just move on to the next one. At the vault, you'll know you've done one of the puzzles correctly because the intrinsic will drop + the console will again lock preventing interaction. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvNhAnbvVtQ
