Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. The Bungie Friends system has a total cap (around 200 Bungie friends “slots”). That cap includes: Accepted Bungie friends Incoming friend requests you haven’t answered yet Outgoing friend requests you’ve sent that were never accepted So even if you delete some visible friends, old pending requests can still keep you at the cap and cause the “friends list is full” / error 3910 message. How to fix it Clear pending Bungie friend requests on the website/app Go to Bungie.net → Friends → Bungie Friends. Check both: Incoming / Received requests – decline any you don’t want. Outgoing / Sent requests – cancel old requests. Do the same from the mobile app if it shows any extra pending requests. Check in-game invites In Destiny 2, open your Roster / Bungie Friends screen. Look for any pending friend requests / invites and clear or decline them. Fully restart and retry Close the game and app completely, sign out of Bungie.net in your browser, then sign back in. Try accepting the friend request again (in-game or on the website).
