I can’t use the ban appeal form because I’m locked out of my account. The form requires me to log in, so sending me the same appeal link over and over again does absolutely nothing to solve the problem. I’ve already tried to explain this multiple times and the only response I get is the same copy-paste answer. That’s not support. That’s just ignoring the actual issue. If your system blocks me from accessing the form, how exactly am I supposed to appeal the ban? Right now there is literally no way for me to submit an appeal, no one actually looking into the problem, and no real help being provided. That is extremely frustrating for a player who is just trying to get a fair chance to explain their situation. There has to be another way to escalate this or contact someone who can actually review the case. Because sending the same link to a page I cannot access is not a solution.
