Xbox is using gamepass to RIP people off.
If i own all the expansions on my Xbox account, Why do i need to rebuy all the expansion again on my Xbox PC gamepass? Its bad enough I pay pretty steep price for gamepass to begin with.

You own all of the expansions on your XBox so can play them on your XBox. Unfortunately Destiny 2 is not a ‘play anywhere’ title so if you want to play those expansions on PC then you’ll need to buy them there. It’s quite cheap to buy Steam keys from somewhere like loaded.com.

It's not a play anywhere title. Unfortunately you need to repurchase all the dlc on every platform you wish to play on.
