"Hello, I am unable to activate Cross Save because an old Steam account (Genjy_89) is linked to my profile. I do not own this Steam account, I don't have the email or the password for it, so I cannot authenticate it to proceed. Please unlink this Steam account from my Bungie profile so I can activate Cross Save between my PSN and Xbox accounts. Thank you!"

the steam account wasn t mine. it was a friend of mine who convinced me to try D2 on pc but my laptop back then didn t run it properly. I just miss the game please help. PS: Anybody got the same problem?
