Whirling Ovation catalyst
Is attunement for the Whirling Ovation catalyst still bugged? The catalyst doesn't appear in the vendor attunement screen.
Whirling Ovation has dropped and Atlas and Almanac Quest and Map And Territory Quest have been completed.
