Fatebreaker Title Progression
On the conflux encounter, it seems like the spawning of the Wyverns are bugged. When they initially spawn in, they immediatly despawn. When they despawn it pops up Challenge failed. It seems that when they normally spawn in like they should, when they despawn, it counts them as dying or just leaving the battlefield which is the reason the triump and challenge fails.

This issue needs traction, i dont think bungie are aware of this since at the TWAB they did not list it at the known issues section, this needs to be tackled since the fatebreaker title is unobtainable.
