Cross save Authentication error
My cross save is not working and I'm thinking i messed up somewhere with the account linking process. I have decided to deactivate cross save and wait the 90 days. When trying to unlink my steam account i get an authentication error. I am stuck trying to turn off cross save.

Hi there. As of March last year, once an account is linked to a profile it's permanent (excluding Twitch) and cannot be unlinked. You must use whichever accounts you linked to your profile to use Cross Save after the cooldown expires. If you have trouble with authenticating your Steam account, contact Steam Support for assistance.

Platform accounts cannot be unlinked after March 2025.
