D2 Gameplay Music
I want to start streaming D2 and Marathon. I've noticed that streamers don't include the gameplay music. Do I need to turn the music off while streaming for legal reasons?

Nope, but most just use Spotify like me because it fits the vibe a bit more. I do have to say though, I did get DMCA struck once during lightfall because the licenses werent in order. After that? Never had an issue. Using Spotify also gives more agency for the music and fills in the silence during some parts of the game
