Request for Assistance: Unable to disable Cross Save due to lost PlayStation account credentials
I am unable to disable Cross Save because I have lost access to my linked PlayStation account. I have tried multiple times to recover the PSN credentials but failed.
Since I cannot authenticate the PSN account, I am stuck. Could you please help me manually remove this account or disable Cross Save for my Bungie profile? I can provide any identity verification needed for my main account.

Hi there! In order to deactivate Cross Save, you must be able to authenticate all linked accounts. Bungie cannot deactivate Cross Save for you, as this would be considered unauthorized. Please contact Playstation Support for further guidance on how to retrieve your Playstation account information.
