Unable to tell if I have the Returners Boon
I started playing again recently after Renegades came out, and I was told about a buff, emblem, and some items returning players would receive if they hadn't played last season. I had not played last season, and the only things I've gotten is the emblem and items at the Rahool station. I'm unable to tell if I have the XP buff active, and the orders I'm submitting are not dropping extra items. Is it active and I just can't tell? Or is it not?

Look in your character menu under the anti-champ icons. If you have one called 'Returners Boon' then you have it, if you don't then you don't have the buff. If you do have the buff, you don't just get the items handed to you - you need to complete orders to earn Returner's Gifts and those Gifts will in turn reward various items of which one is the emblem.
