Hazardous Propulsion should scale off class ability or weapon stats.
Similar to how arc soul and other grenade like constructs scale off the grenade stat on warlock, I would love to see other interactions with the same concept, especially Hazardous Propulsion. I think this could create some very fun builds.

2 RisposteIt's already special. The rockets are immune to dmg debuffs... and modifiers. I'm pretty sure they work w Teschec so they can blind and get that dmg buff. I think that's enough, imo. It doesn't need a buff, Hazardous Propulsion is an underrated exotic. 😇👍💠
