The Firing range needs this!

The range needs a pvp target. At the very least, give us standard guardian targets that reflect pvp health values inside of the crucible to test perk ttks/damage, builds, and supers. None of the sites are ever truly accurate and having a friend just sit there anytime you want to test something is impractical.

  • We also need dummy allies. I do a lot of testing for my fireteam, but not all of us have the same schedule and i hate waisting our limited game time testing.

    • Or just let the basic frame dummies have a pve / pvp toggle.

      • Thought you were going to ask for a bathroom. I'm tired of titans shitting on my range.

          • I'm not disagreeing with this suggestion, but if Bungie stopped screwing round with the sandbox, it shouldn't make a blind bit of difference what or who you were shooting at, or what with in the firing range. Let me explain what I mean...... Say I want to try a hand cannon out, that puts out 65 points of damage. Whether I shoot a fellow guardian, a boss, or an inanimate target, the damage done by that hand cannon should give the same result, 65. But no. Why does that hand cannon do less damage in the body than a head shot? Do the bullets become magically more powerful if they hit the head? Of course not, but with Bungie magic it does. Ok, a shot to the head would have more chance of killing than a body, but it should STILL only put out the same power of 65 damage. The only change in the result should be tied in with range, which is a completely different thing to power. And Bungie have introduced so many perks and mods and space magic to this crappy new armour, you'd need a separate computer to work out every permutation that the target could be using. Secondly, why do our weapons do different amounts of damage in PvE than PvP anyway? Different power, range, aim assist, whatever......just give us weapons and let us use them as YOU programmed for us originally. Finally, having guardians in the firing range would just give the cheats another area to troll.
