As of March 25th 2025, Bungie no longer allows accounts to be unlinked with the exception of Twitch. 2 RisposteSo, Bungie doesn't unlink accounts on players behalf - no exceptions. As of March 25th, you personally cannot unlink accounts now as Bungie have changed the system to now count linked accounts as permanently linked. So even if Epic were able to get you back the account there is nothing you can do. You are unfortunately now stuck with the Epic account linked and cross-save enabled. There are no workarounds etc for this.
