Hi, I would like to ask how long it takes for a regular customer service representative to reply.
I am currently recharging to purchase an upgrade card for the Guardian game. I purchased a DLC silver coin pack but it did not arrive in my account. I would like to resolve this issue quickly and either purchase the upgrade card or receive a refund.
