VOW opening encounter knowledge is broken
So i tried to do VOW today and there was a couple instances of knowledge that were unable to be picked up, essentially soft-locking the run. We would restart from the beginning to see if that would fix it, but it kept happening. We tried about 5 times to see if we could get it to work, but alas. I just want my collective obligation man :(
