I disagree. The majority of the Fragments on Prismatic are ability enhancements and NOT fragments that help with ability regeneration or means of increasing the potency of the build. Unlike Prismatic though, Pure Subclasses have both enhancement fragments (You apply more scorch, you grenade weakens combatants, etc) and fragments that help with ability regeneration to increase the potency of the build (Ember of Benevolence for example) Yes, Prismatic has a small number of fragments that can help with ability regeneration, but these fragments are limited and weak, restricting the means by which you can earn said ability energy. To balance this out though, Prismatic comes with a larger amount of available Fragment slots so as to enhance a greater number of abilities, and focus on Transcendence energy.
