Missing items
I’m a returning player and I’m missing more than half my exotics as well as all my stuff I had purchased with silver. I’m also missing all my medals and achievements wondering if anyone had a solution or knew what was going on

In your current cross-save setup, you've got XBox set as the Active account, with about 40 hours of gameplay, and Steam as a dormant account, this one has 172 hours of play across seasons 14-18. It sounds likely that many of the missing things may be on the dormant Steam account? Unfortunately while it is dormant, it is inaccessible and it is not possible to dig into it to see what is there.
