No one can join me
My fireteam is set to public, but when entering my join code, the chat window displays 'Please enter a valid profile name,' and no one can join me. My profile cannot be found through in-game Bungie Name searches either. Exceptionally, my clan members and friends can perform these two methods. It seems there might be an error with my Bungie profile because I am currently unable to use Bungie Help with my account. Attempting to use Bungie Help results in being logged out of the site. Can someone offer advice on how to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately while some parts of the site have a platform picker, like your profile, other parts do not. Those other parts will default to the first platform in the list (Xbox has the top priority, PSN is second, Steam third), so all the issues about appearing to be offline is because the system is looking at your PSN account, which you are not playing on and does not have any characters. Are you keeping it linked for a particular reason? If you unlinked it, the join command should work as the only account left is your Steam, where your characters are.
