Trans mog/ 10th anniversary armor ornaments
So the new “legend” title requires you to wear the new 10th anniversary armor OR as ornaments. However the armor does not show up when you go to turn it into ornaments. Even after dismantling the armor. So now I have no new armor and no ornaments and can’t complete the legend title requirements

Get a full set and claim the triumph, then go to the special deliveries kiosk.

Because the ornament bundle is at the special delivery kiosk in the tower. Gotta get this first before you can use them as ornaments.
