Cant submit a support ticket for missing item
So I remember having the murder of crows transmat and after logging in after 2 years, its disappeared. I've tried to make a support ticket but every time I log in, it send me to a different page and logs me out and I'm in that loop :/

3 RisposteIf it's still missing next time you try then I'm sorry to say you're never going to get it back. Bungie has stated numerous times that they do not give players things back that either disappeared or were accidentally deleted Etc. Pretty sad behavior from a company to be honest

Some things like Privacy Badger, JS blockers, Cookie blockers, Adblockers etc will cause it to not work. Note, unless it was a silver purchase - they aren't likely to go through the logs to check if the purchase happened and will just close the ticket/say you can repurchase if its available in the future.
