pre order problems
I pre ordered " The Final Shape" around the 8th of May and still have not received the game. I unlocked the credit card and no it's not expired. I still keep bugging them to try and authorize the order again and no game has arrived. The store says I own this expansion. So , it would be nice if they would try again and NOT charge me for trying again.

It's not clear on what you are trying to access. Are you talking about the Final Shape expansion or the pre-order items? If you're talking about the expansion, then no you won't have access to it since it has not been released. If you're talking about the pre-order items - they can be acquired from the special vendor kiosk that is located between Banshee and Rahool.
