Final Shape pre-order doesn't show as "purchased"
I pre ordered Final Shape + annual pass on Xbox store months ago. I have all the pre order items.
But in-game at Eververse, it doesn't show as purchased. The Xbox store doesn't show it as purchased either (still shows "Pre-order $99.99" instead of "Manage" or "You own this"). Inside my Destiny install files however, I can see both Final Shape and the annual pass.
I've never seen purchased content show as not purchased in the Eververse store before.

4 RisposteXbox refunded a lot of the preorders due to the delay and you need to buy again if you want to.

When the delay was announced, some platforms cancelled the preorders. You'll need to preorder it again
