Transmog just doesn't sometimes
I have synthweave templates, but I just can't do it on certain armors. They appear among all my other unlocked ornaments, but they aren't equippable nor unlockable, all I can do is preview them.

its part of the dont overdeliver pacakage ! stuff should not work tall the time or player will get used to stuff working
