I’ve played Destiny 2 for years. I’m trying to get my teenage kids into the game. We all play on my PS5. I have all expansions, but I need to buy them season passes so they can access the content. I’m happy to do so, but Sony makes it virtually impossible. I have to go through a complicated process to add funds to my”wallet” which has to be done in only certain $ increments, (10, 25, 50, etc) and then use the wallet funds to buy the seasons, and after all that there will be money left over in the wallet that is good for nothing. Apparently neither you nor Sony wants my money. It’s no wonder you’re having to lay people off and struggling to pay the bills, it’s literally like taking out a second mortgage just to buy your product. Seems like the clowns are running the circus there. Never mind the fact that I can’t find anyway to actually get in touch with someone there to figure out a way to give you my business.

5 RisposteIt sounds to me like the entire process can be completed in at most three steps, which is a far cry from virtually impossible if we're being honest. Is there some part of this that you're struggling with in particular?

Modificato da A_mo: 11/30/2023 10:54:18 PMIt's weird that you're card can be stuck in there that hard but you can't really use it how you want and everything is in increments all extra hard. But that might be for legal reasons. Which would be funny in itself. As far as the layoffs. It's just hard to tell who is the worst offenders with mangling the pvp modes because someone can't do it. Very hard to tell who that is but someone made comp and the cbmm stuff in it. Whoever that is should be making some kind of the decisions.
