I just restarted my Hunter. I previously unlocked all strand fragments and grenades. I finished the lightfall campaign, again and I was only able to buy one or two fragments. Everything locked behind a "world's first" or "will open 3/7" or "purchase other aspects first." I've seen it posted before but have not seen any follow up. Help?
