Account banned
It’s been around 8 months since my accounts been banned and I’ve tried to appeal it multiple times. Is there anyway to find out why I was banned or talk to anyone regarding my ban in general . I’ve since created a new account so if I have to continue to play the game on it I will but obviously I’d like to use the account I’ve had since D1.

Bungie stopped giving the reason why accounts were banned years ago and since the introduction of the appeal form they also don't guarantee that you'll get a reply/it overturned. If you've appealed it multiple times, Bungie believe it was correctly placed; The only things that would get it lifted now is if they change their stance on what caused the ban or they review it again sometime in the future and decide it was incorrectly placed.
