Code of conduct
Moderators, please tell me. Is what is happening now in pvp (crafting glitch) a violation code of conduct?
Specifically point 9 - Compromising the player experience by circulating spoilers, hacks, or cheats.

The [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct]Code of Conduct[/url] specifically refers to Bungie's Website, App and Communication, not the game. Bungie has a separate listing of what is bannable in Destiny [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049517431-Destiny-Account-Restrictions-and-Banning-Policies] referred to here[/url] for more information on Restrictions and Game Ban Policies, to which any violations to go Bungie's Security Team, not us Volunteer Moderators. Further - Bungie has already responded publicly on the issue they're investigating, clarifying that it does not meet their criteria for an in-game Ban or Restriction, unless you're doing something else outside the game and violating their policies. It is however exploiting (whether intentionally or not) a flaw in Bungie's design, hopefully it's fixed soon for y'all.
