You changed it to be powerful exotics, which most of us already have all the exotic armor and weapons you can get from those. There is no incentive to do the strikes. No pinncle from strikes leaves those that don't do pvp, with no incentive for stronger armor from strikes. The "new" ritual armor has such an atrocious drop rate that its not an incentive to play strikes
