Here's the fix that worked for me: - Open windows > settings > App Volume and Device Preferences - Make sure steam is set to Default - Launch Destiny - Navigate back to your App volume and device preferences - Set Destiny to Default - Force quit Destiny via task manager - (I deleted my cars. xml here, this may or may not be required) I tried everything to no avail before I found this fix. Wasn’t me that found it so can’t take the credit! Please share this as I was stuck for 3 days. Uninstalled twice, rolled back drivers and nothing.
