[u]SUBJECT:[/u] Unable to use the Destiny 2 Companion app to access any character information, including gear, bounties, and statistics. [u]COMPANION VERSION:[/u] Android [u]BROWSER OR DEVICE:[/u] LG V40 ThinQ [u]DESCRIPTION:[/u] Opening the Destiny 2 Companion app displays the News ticker, but does not display any character-relevant information, save for Power Levels. The app attempts to download information, but it does not become available no matter how many times it tries. Checking the "Downloads" folder of my phone's internal storage system reveals that there are compressed packages being downloaded, but they don't seem to be getting retrieved or unpacked. I have restarted the phone, cleared the storage & cache for the app, uninstalled/reinstalled, transferred to SD card storage, and switched from WiFi to mobile data. None of these actions effected any discernible change.
